Joshua Tree Elopement

Joshua Tree National Park has been a place I've been wanting the opportunity to explore for some years now. When my roommates, and great friends, got engaged, I had little knowledge that I may get a chance to experience this beautiful desert landscape.
Isaac finally popped the question to Summer in front of the picturesque waterfall of Havasu in Arizona earlier in the year. Being major outdoor enthusiasts, I knew they'd plan a kick-ass wedding somewhere remote and unique. Joshua Tree was the spot and November 11th, 2017 was the date. I was so pumped when they asked me to photograph their wedding!
We arrived in Joshua Tree and settled in for the first night in a couple of incredible AirBnb's, surrounded by the desert, that Summer found. Every morning we all rose before the sun so that we could experience every beautiful thing that could be offered by the sunrise in Joshua Tree.
I'll let the photographs speak for themselves, but I think I could get used to shooting in this desert.

Being my first trip to Europe, I couldn't have imagined the incredible beauty I was about to witness. My trip took me to multiple Italian cities and villages. Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Assisi, and Lake Trassimo were the main stops on our trip. I hope you enjoy the images! I wish I packed more film, but there is always next time.
